For me, yoga became an anchor in the whirlwind of a modeling career—a way to find stillness and connection when life felt overwhelmingly fast-paced. What started as a necessity for slowing down has transformed into a deep passion for movement, breath, and the incredible journey of supporting others through their own transformations.
As a 200-hour certified teacher specialising in Dynamic Vinyasa and Power Yoga, I bring an understanding of what it means to navigate life's demanding seasons while staying grounded in practice. My own experience moving through pregnancy and early motherhood has given me profound insight into how yoga can be a constant companion through the body's most significant changes.
I'm passionate about creating space where movement feels joyful rather than prescribed. I believe in honouring where your body is today — whether you're flowing through a dynamic sequence or simply breathing through a gentle stretch. There's something magical about watching students discover their own strength and grace, and I'm committed to fostering that sense of discovery in every class.
My focus on pre and postnatal support comes from lived experience and a deep belief that every stage of a woman's journey deserves to be supported. I love helping expecting and new mothers find connection with their changing bodies and use yoga as a tool for both physical strength and emotional resilience.
Above all, I'm here to build community — to create a space where movement becomes medicine, where breath becomes refuge, and where every person feels seen and supported in their unique journey.
